1 1/2 Cups (2 stick margarine &1 Stick Butter
2 c sugar
4 large eggs
2 cup mashed ripe bananas
1/4 cup plus 2 T. buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
3 c. all purpose flour
1 1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Beat margarine med speed 2 min. Gradually add sugar beating 5 min. Add eggs one at a time beating until yellow disappears.
Combine bananas, buttermild and vanilla.
Combine flour soda and salt. Add to butter alter with banana mixture, mix at low speed after each until just blended.
Bale 325 1HR 30Min.
