4 Tbsp butter
4 Tbsp flour
1 c pet milk
1 lb lump crabmeat
1/2 c chopped onions
11/2 c shredded cheese
salt, red pepper, garlic powder to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, add flour and onions. Cook until onions are clear. Add milk and stir until thick. Once it has thickened, add salt, red pepper and garlic powder. Melt cheese into mixture. If mixture becomes too thick, add a little more milk. After cheese is melted, add lump crabmeat, cook for 15 minutes. Put into casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for another 15 minutes. Can be served with or without crackers.
