Cake:
Prepare 1 chocolate cake recipe or any chocolate cake mix as directed and allow to cool. Can be 9x13 or 2 8-inch round pans. Poke holes in cake using end of wooden spoon. Dissolve 1 pkg of raspberry jello in ¾ cup hot water. Add ½ cup of cold water. After cooled for about 20 minutes, pour spoonfuls of jello mixture into holes in cake. Refrigerate while preparing topping.

Topping:
2 containers (6 oz each) raspberry yogurt
1 package (3 1/2 oz) vanilla instant pudding mix
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup fresh or frozen (thawed) raspberries

Beat yogurt and pudding mix in medium bowl with electric mixer on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat in whipping cream on medium speed for 3-5 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally, until soft peaks form. Fold in berries.

Place topping on cake. If making layered cake, divide accordingly. Refrigerate cake until serving and any remaining dessert. Serve with shaved chocolate, if desired
