1 lb chicken breast
½ tsp cilantro
1 onion, chopped
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp oregano
1 tbsp olive oil
1 can Northern Beans, drained
2 cans chicken broth
1 can green chilies
1 can black beans, drained
2 garlic cloves, minced
Shredded Monterey Jack cheese, garnish
Sour cream, garnish
1 tsp cornstarch
Sliced green onions, garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken breast into bite-size pieces and sauté with onions in olive oil. Add remaining ingredients except for cornstarch and garnishes. Simmer for 30 minutes. Mix cornstarch with a small amount of water. Use to thicken. Once thickened and simmered thru it is ready to serve with corn chips, corn bread or tortillas.
