2 eggs- beaten
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup of sugar
3 cups of milk
1 tsp vanilla
4 cups of dry bread- broken up
1 cup of raisins or dates
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves-ground

Directions:

Combine eggs, salt and sugar, add milk, vanilla then bread crumbs and raisins. Add spices last. Cook, uncovered, 2 hrs. at 300 degrees.
