4 Cups Rolled Oats (not instant )
1 Cup Coconut
1 Cup Wheat Germ
1/2 Cup Honey
1 Tsp Vanilla
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Spread on a cookie sheet. Bake at 300º for 20 min. Stir once while cooking. After cooking add 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, 1/4 cup sliced almonds, 1/4 cup raisins and 1/4 cup sesame seeds.

This recipe came from Susan Chappell, a friend of mine from Loa. She was a 4th grade elementary school teacher for all of my children. I remember all of those projects we did for her Utah History class--dioramas, reports, show and tell, and the famous 4th grade Utah History Scrap Book.
