2 lb. ground meat
1 clove garlic
1/2 large onion
2 large jars spaghetti sauce
spaghetti seasoning
2 bags rotini pasta
oregano and salt to taste
2 C Cheddar Cheese

Sauté the onion and garlic. Brown meat. Drain fat. Add spaghetti
sauce and seasoning. Let simmer. Cook pasta according to
directions. Combine cheese, pasta and meat sauce. Let simmer
a few minutes. Grandma use to add vegetables but Denise
doesn’t eat bean and peas. Grated zucchini is good and no one
is the wiser. (Grandma taught me that one too!!)
