1 T corn meal
1/2 tsp chinese 5 spice
Dash pepper

2 1/2 lb. chicken

Sauce- Stir together
1/2 tsp mustard
4-6 T oil
1 tsp sugar

1/4 C Sesame seed
Green onion
1 pkg. chinese Noodles fried

Mix flour mixture, coat chicken that is sliced 2 inch strips.
Cook in oil until brown. Stir together sauce mix and set aside.
Dad usually makes more of the sauce than this calls for. Too
much oil makes it greasy - this is why his is so good, balance.
Cut lettuce, Denise uses more than a head. You can use
iceberg or a variety (Ted uses iceberg). Put in fried noodles,
onion lettuce. Put in chicken- mix together. Stir sauce over
the top.
Sesame Seeds - brown then sprinkle over the top. (Chrissy
doesnít like it so it is optional for her)
