4 c. sliced cooked potatoes
1 c. sliced onions
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1 stick margarine
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
4 slices crisply cooked bacon crumbled

Melt margarine in skillet; add potatoes, onion and green pepper. Cook until browned, turning frequently. Season to taste; top with cheese and bacon
