Sharp, or extra sharp cheese, grated finely
4 ounce jar pimientos, chopped finely
Salt and pepper
Mayonnaise to blend
Bread cut in any design, shape or size.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix grated cheese, pimiento, a little salt and pepper, and mayonnaise to blend. Spread on cut breads. Can be fixed the night before, but wrap well. Toast lightly if desired.
