3 Eggs
2 Cups sugar
1 1/2 cube margarine
1 cup milk
2 TLB. Vanilla
1 tsp salt
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. Baking Powder
enough flour to make dough to roll
Filling:
2 cups raisins
3 cups water
1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, sugar, margarine, milk and Vanilla. sift salt, soda, baking powder with flour. Add all together. Roll out and cut with round cookie cutter or use ring from pint or quart jar- depending on how large you want your cookies.
Filling: Mix all ingredients together in sauce pan. Bring to boil. Add 1 TLB Corn Starch in 1/4 cup water. Thicken filling.
Place 1 - 2 tsp raisin filling on each circle of dough. Fold top over and make half circle. Pinch dough together. Bake 350º 10-12 minutes Cool before serving.
