1 1/2 c oatmeal
1/2 c bran cereal
2 c wheat flour
2 t baking soda
1 t salt
3 T honey or molasses
2 1/2 c yogurt
1/2 c nuts and raisins

You can vary recipe by warming yogurt and adding 1 pkg yeast. Let stand 1 hour before baking.)

Mix all ingredients together and let stand 15 minutes. Oil cookie sheet or loaf pans. Spread dough evenly on pan. Bake 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Yield is enough for 2 days, 1 person. Unused portion can be frozen.

Mom had all the portions cut in 1/2, off to the side in pencil. All except the nuts and raisins. I guess she only made 1/2 the recipe most of the time.
