Half a loaf of cuban bread or any other crusty bread like French
2 slices of ripe avocado
olive oil
salt
Optional:
Cheese (American or Jalsberg)
Induveca salami (available at hispanic bodegas)

Medio pan cubano o frances
2 rodajas de aguacate maduro
aceite de oliva
sal
Opcional:
queso (Americano o Suizo)
salami Induveca (se consigue en las bodegas hispanas)

Directions:
Spread olive oil on the bread and sprinkle with salt. Toast bread in the toaster oven for a minute. Place pieces of the avocado slices on the bread. Add cheese and/or Induveca salami before serving sandwich. Eat with gusto!

Unte aceite de oliva en el pan y espolvoree con sal. Tueste el pan por un minutito. Ponga el aguacate sobre el pan. Aņada el queso y/o el salami antes de servir. Coma con gusto!
