1 can evaporated milk
1 can condensed milk
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon corn starch
Optional:
1 package of softened cream cheese to make cheese flan or 1 can Libbys Pumpkin to make pumpkin flan.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients until blended. Make caramel by cooking sugar on the stove in a baking mold until it is evenly brown. Pour flan mix into the mold. Bake at 400º in bano Maria for aprox. 20 minutes. To make bano Maria place baking mold in a larger oven-safe container, fill large container with hot water and cover all of it with aluminum paper.
When cool turn over into a plate and decorate with fresh fruits such as strawberries.
