9 oz chopped Bittersweet chocolate
1 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbsp liquor (framboise, coffee etc)
5 eggs
1 Tbsp all purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Prepare a 9" springform pan by putting parchment
paper in the bottom. Wrap the outside bottom with
foil to waterproof.

Put a larger (than 9") baking pan in the oven and fill
1/3 with water to preheat.

Melt chocolate, sugar and butter in double boiler until
smooth.Let cool a little.Then add liquor.Beat eggs in
mixer for one minute. Beat inthe flour and then slowly
beat in the chocolate mixture until blended.

Pour mixture into 9" springform pan and put this
into the preheated waterbath in the oven.

Bake 20-30 minutes until edges are done and the
center is still soft. Remove and cool before serving.
