2 to 3 jalapeno peppers (finely chopped)
5 cans of Corn
2 to 3 sticks of Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 stick of butter (no margarine)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in pot and add five cans of corn. Cook on low heat until corn is cooked. Add two sticks of Philadelphia Cream Cheese and stir until cheese melts. Corn should now have a creamy texture. If not, add the other stick of cream cheese. Add two of the finely chopped jalapeno peppers. If you desire more "kick", add the other chopped jalapeno pepper.
