One good size head of Broccoli
Good Seasonings salad dressing packet (Italian or similar, lo fat
is ok too)
vinegar
salad oil or olive oil
Fresh parmesan cheese
1 gallon zip loc bag

Directions:
Directions:
Trim broccolli, cut off stems, and cut into bite size florets.
If desired button mushrooms and or red pepper strips can be
added for color. Put all in zip loc. Refrigerate until 2 hours prior to
serving. Then add packet, vinegar, water, oil according to
packet directions. Give the bag a few shakes and refrigerate. To
serve, empty into a dish and sprinkle w cheese.
