3 tbsp. oleo
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. diced apples
1 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nut meg
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Cream oleo and sugar. Add egg, vanilla - beat well. Stir in diced apples, flour, soda, salt, and spices. Blend with sugar mixture. Add nuts. Pour into UNGREASED square pan.

Bake 350 for 40-45 minutes
