3 t butter or marg
1/4 c finely chopped onion
1 clove minced garlic
1 c catsup
1/2 c cider vinegar
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 tsp perpared mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Melt butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Add chopped onion and garlic; saute til tender. Stir in remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Remove sauce from heat. Serve or bottle.
