1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
7 ounces soft goat cheese - softened
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
2 eggs
18 grape tomatoes, cut in half
1 teaspoon. salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 package Croustades

Directions:
Directions:
Chop basil. In bowl, whisk basil and remaining ingredients. Add salt & Pepper. Pour mixture into croustade shells, filling 3/4 full. Place 1/2 grape tomato on each shell. Place on baking sheet. Bake 350' for 15 - 20 minutes
