2 lbs lean Ground Beef
304 white Onions-chopped
2 cans Rotel Tomatoes
2 cans Tomato Sauce
2 cans Tomato Paste
1-2 cans Whole Tomatoes
10-12 T. Chili Powder
3 T ground Cumin Seed
8 cloves Garlic-chopped
3 t Oregano
2 T Worcestershire Sauce
1 T Pepper
1/3 cup Sugar
3-4 cups Celery-chopped
3 T Flour
1 cube Beef Bouillon
1/4 cup shredded Cheese

Brown beef and onions-do not drain. Add this and all remaining ingredients, except flour, bouillon and cheese to large crock pot. Simmer one hour. Add flour and bouillon, simmer another hour. Let cool and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before reheating. Top with shredded cheese before serving.

This is Very(!!!) hot. Be sure to have plenty of towels available for your crowd to wipe their brows.

If your crock pot is not large enough to hold all ingredients, you may leave out some of the tomato ingredients.
