Delicious. Don't forget to boil off the chicken bones and make some chicken soup. Our family doesn't waste good chicken bones. Grandma Roberts (Evalina) used to save up chicken necks in the freezer. Once every couple of months she'd cook the necks and clean all the chicken off the bones and give the chicken meat to her barn cats. Evalina was a great cat lover! She had one indoor cat, a black long haired cat named Smokey. I think Smokey probably got some of the chicken neck meat as well.
