1 29-oz. can pure pumpkin
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 box yellow cake mix
3/4 c. melted butter
1 12-oz. can evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
3 tsps. cinnamon
1 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, salt, and cinnamon until well blended. Pour batter into a 9 X 13-inch greased pan. Sprinkle cake mix on top, then cover with pecans. Pour melted butter over the top. Bake for 50 minutes. When cooled may be topped with whipped cream or Coolwhip.
