1 large Onion
1 large Green Pepper
4-5 T Bacon Drippings
1 1/3 lbs Ground Beef
1 #303 can Cram Style Corn
1 #303 can whole, Peeled Tomatoes
1 T. Chili Powder
1 10oz pkg med width Egg Noodles
1/4 lb grated Cheddar Cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Finely dice onion and green pepper and saute in bacon drippings until tender but not browned. Add ground beef to vegetables and brown well. Then add tomatoes, corn, and chili powder, allowing them to simmer for 5-7 min. Add raw noodles to skittet and cook until tendrk over low heat. Remove contents to greased, 2 Qt baking dish. Top casserole with grated cheese.

Bake @ 350º until cheese is melted and casserole is thoroughly heated.

I always add Creole Seasoning and a little garlic to taste.
