1 large can Enchilada sauce
10 tortillas, flour or corn
1 1/2 lb hamburger
1 chopped onion
2 cups shredded cheese
black olives, optional
All ingredient amounts are flexible

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onion and drain. Stir in 1/4 cup enchilada sauce. Microwave tortillas till soft, a few seconds. Put a half cup enchilada sauce in 9x13 pan. Divide hamburger mixure and cheese on the tortillas and roll up. Keep some cheese for topping. Place rolled side down in pan and pour over rest of enchilada sauce. Spoon over sauce from bottom if needed so all tortillas are covered. Add black olives. Cover with foil and bake at 350º about a half hour. Uncover and add cheese and bake 5 min. more.
