2 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 large can chopped tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
salt, pepper, parsley and garlic to taste
1 table. Worchestire sauce
8 oz. noodles, cooked
shredded cheese for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and onion and drain. Add rest of ingredients except noodles and cheese. Simmer uncovered about 10 min. or longer. Mix in noodles and simmer a bit more. Can be served immediately or baked a half hour at 350º. Top with shredded cheese before eating.
