1 1/2 lb low fat ground beef
1 tea. baking powder
1 finely chopped onion
3/4 cup milk
2 table. parsley
1/2 cup uncooked rice
2 cans tomato soup
salt and pepper
1 soup can of water at least

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except tomato soup and water. Form into balls and put into 9x13 pan. Mix soup and water and pour over meat. Bake uncovered 35 min. at 400º. Cover and bake 35 min. more. Rice will stick out of balls, thus the name.
