Scant 1 cup milk
1 egg

Beat the three ingredients together about 1 minutes. Should be very thin. Fry in very hot skillet sprayed with Pam about 30 seconds on each side. Edges will pull loose when ready to turn. Batter is better if it sits about 15 min. before using. Finished crepe is VERY lightly browned.

After crepe is turned first time, cheese or chocolate chips can be added and top folded over, like an omlette, then quickly fried on both sides. Other toppings can be put on at the table: strawberries, lemon, powdered sugar, any berries, bananas, whipped cream,etc.
