4 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 table. baking powder
1 tea. baking soda
2 tea. salt
Juice of one orange and added orange juice or water to make 1 1/2 cups liquid
Chopped orange peel
2 well beaten eggs
1/4 cup margarine
1 package cranberries, about 3 cups
1 cup nuts, optional

Directions:
Melt margarine and beat in eggs. Add liquid and orange peel and mix. Mix in the rest of the ingredients, cranberries and nuts last. Bake in 3 greased loaf pans at 350º for 55 min. Cool 15 min. before removing from pan.
