5 cups cooked chicken, cubed
1 onion, cubed
Chicken broth, just to cover chicken or water with added 3 chicken bullion cubes
3 Table. curry powder or to taste
Added hot curry paste to taste
Cooked vegetables if desired (carrots, potatoes, etc)
Cornstarch to thicken (about 3 Table.)

Combine chicken, onions, broth and curry powder and boil a few minutes. Add vegetables if desierd. Thicken to desired consistency. Serve with rice and condiments, such as hard boiled eggs, plain yogurt and chopped cucumbers, lime pickle, chutney and pompodoms.
