1 med Cushaw
2 Eggs
2 cups Sugar
2 T. Flour
1 t. Vanilla
1/2 lb Butter
1/2 t. Baking Powder
Nutmeg to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cushaw in pieces, scrape out seed, and boil until tender. Remove peeling. Mix cushaw with rest of the ingredients. Place in baking dish, sprinkle nutmeg on top.

Bake @ 350º until brown on top for 30 - 40 min.
