You will need:
Tube Pan
Large MIxing Bowl
Mixer
Small bowl for egg yolks
Small bowl for egg whites
Small mixer bowl for whipping cream

12 oz. chocolate chips (semi-sweet, if desired)
2 small or 1 large Angle Food Cake
1 cup chopped pecans
4 eggs separated
1/2 pint whipping cream
4 teaspoons sugar
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate in double boiler with egg yolks and water. Let mixture cool. Beat egg whites and sugar, beat whipped cream. Put whipped cream, bowl, spatula and beaters in freezer, these must be very cold!Tear angel food cake into medium pieces. Mix chocolate, egg whites, whipping cream, and chopped pecans together. Layer cake pieces and chocolate mixture in tube pan until all is used. Refrigerate until set (6 hours). Sit in sink of hot water, turn onto serving tray and Enjoy!
