2 dozen raw oysters with oyster water
2 cans tomato sauce, 15 oz. cans
4 toes of garlic
1 medium onion
1 cup celery
4 green onions
2 bay leaves
All seasonings must be chopped fine

Directions:
Directions:
In sauce pan, add 1/4 cup of olive oil. Sautee onions until soft then add rest of seasoning. Let cook until tender. Add tomato sauce and bay leaves, continue to cook, add oyster water and simmer. Add oysters and cook until they are done. Do not overcook; add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve over angel hair pasta.
