1 4 oz. can shoestring potatoes
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup, condensed
1 61/2-7 oz. can tuna, drained
1 6 oz. can evaporated milk
1 3 oz. can, broiled, sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 c. chopped pimento

Directions:
Directions:
Reserve 1 c. of shoestring potatoes for topper. Combine remaining potatoes with the other ingredients. Pour into 11/2 qt. casserole. Arrange reserved potatoes on top.
Bake uncovered at 375º 20-25 minutes or until throughly heated.
