2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. chopped green onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
1 can condensed Cream of Shrimp soup
1 c. shrimp, crab, lobster or scallops
dash soy sauce
dash of Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. sherry

Melt butter in skillet. Sauté onion, celery and water chestnuts. Add remaining ingredients and heat. Roll in basic crepes, prepared earlier. Keep warm in microwave or cover.
