3 Garlic cloves-minced
3 T. Olive Oil
1 1/4 obs sm cooked Bay Shrimp
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup Fresh or Frozen Peas
1/4 cup chopped fresh Thyme
Salt & Pepper
1/2 lb Semolina Corkscrew Pasta-cooked and drained 8oz.

Directions:
In large sauce pan, lightly saute the garlic in olive oil. do not brown. Add shrimp and cook 1 min. Add sour cream, peas, thyme and salt and pepper to taste - mix. When heated - do not boil - either pour over hot, drained pasta, or allow to cool and toss with cold pasta cooked.

Serve with a small green salad with herb vinaigrette dressing.
