2 cans Tuna in water-drained
2 Apples-diced and unpeeled
4 sticks Celery-chopped
1 can Pineapple tidbits-drained
1/2 cup Raisins
1/2 cup Pecans-optional
4 Carrots-grated and unpeeled

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients.

Mix 1/4 cup pineapple juice and 1/4 cup nonfat mayonnaise and mix with above ingredients.

May be eaten as a salad with crackers or on a bread for a sandwich.
