1 lb powered sugar
1 c coconut
1 c chopped pecans
1 tsp vanilla
1 c graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c crunchy peanut butter
1 c melted butter
12 oz chocolate chips
1/2 block of paraffin

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients except chocolate and paraffin. Shape into 1" balls, line up on cookie sheets and put them into the freezer. Meanwhile, melt chocolate and paraffin in top of a double boiler. Dip balls, then refreeze them on the cookie sheets. They can then be eaten frozen or thawed.

These are fantastically good, but do take some time. Every Christmas I end up making several bunches of these for people. I usually double this recipe.
