1 lb Split Peas
1 stalk Celery
1 med Onion
Ham Bone or Ham Hocks
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Soak peas overnight. In morning, drain & wash. Cover with water - or chicken stock. Bring to boil. In food processor slice celery and chop onion. Add to peas. Add ham bone and cook slowly until meat falls off of the bone.
