1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1 Can mushroom soup
1/4 C. milk
1/4 C. butter
1/3 C. chopped celery
1/3 C. chopped onion
1/3 C. chopped green pepper
1 C. sliced water chestnuts
1 C. crushed cheese crackers

Mix all but cracker crumbs and let set for 3 hours or overnight. Put cracker crumbs on top and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.

A great do-ahead dish. Don't cook the peas first -- they go in this dish frozen.
