2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. flour
2 lbs stew beef
4 carrots
2 large onions
1 sliced stalk celery
1 garlic clove
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 cup burgundy red wine
1 c sliced mushrooms Portobella

Directions:

Blend soy and flour in baking dish toss meat in it.
Add the rest of the ingredients except the mushrooms cover Bake 325º for 1 hour. Add the mushrooms and bake for another 2 hours.
