1/2 pint Sour Cream
3 cups Flour
1/2 t. Salt
1/2 t. Baking Soda
1/2 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
2 T. Butter or Margarine
1 1/2 t. Baking Powder
Raisins & Caraway Seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together. Beat eggs, add eggs and sour cream to dry ingredients. Knead in bowl to mix will. If too sticky add a little flour. If too dry, add some milk. Place in flat baking pan in loaf shape.

Bake @ 375º for 45 min. or until golden brown on edges, or when toothpick comes out dry.
