6 - 8 c. Rhubarb, cut into 2" pieces
1 c. sugar
1 qt. water
7-up or gingerale

Directions:
Directions:
Cover rhubarb with water and boil for 2 minutes. Once boiling begins, do NOT stir. Pour in a colander to drain, reserving juice. Add 1 c. sugar per 1 qt. juice. Put in a pail, add equal amount of water and place in the freezer until firm.

When ready to use:
2 qt. juice (w/ water & sugar added)
32 oz. bottle 7-up or Gingerale

You may can this juice. After sugar is added bring to a boil and seal in hot jars. Add equal amount water to juice.
Vodka can be added before serving also!
