1 lbs plum tomato's,chopped (2 cups)
1/4 c fresh basil leaves, cut into thin strips or 1 tsp. dried basil
1 tbsp corn oil
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
6 oz Mueller's bow ties, cooked drained
freshly ground black pepper

in large bowl combine first 6 ingredients. Add bow ties: toss to combine. Sprinkle with pepper. Serve warm or at room temperature.
