2/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground white pepper
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. Smart Balance margarine
2 cloves garlic
8-10 pieces veal cutlets
4-6 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tablesp. chopped fresh parsley

Directions:

Combine first 4 ingredients in small bowl; stir well and set aside.
Melt margarine in large skillet over medium heat; add garlic and cook, stirring constantly until tender. Remove garlic from skillet and discard.
With sharp knife lightly tap the veal to leave a few impressions in it. Dredge in flour mixture and place in skillet to cook on low /med. heat. Should be browned on each side. Remove from pan and add lemon juice. Stir to loosen particles in skillet. Return Veal to skillet and heat thoroughly. Transfer to platter. Spoon lemon juice mixture over veal before serving.
