2 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 packages (10 oz. each) Fresh Baby Spinach, washed and
spun dry
1 qt. Strawberries, washed, thinly sliced
1 large purple onion, sliced
1 cup crumbled Bleu Cheese
1/2 cup slivered almonds, dry-toasted
1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Dressing: sugar, oil, vinegar, Worcestershire Sauce, chopped
onion

Salad: Combine remaining ingredients and dress with dressing
just before serving
