1 head Cabbage
1/4 c Water
1 1/2 lb lean Ground Beef
3/4 C Uncooked Rice
1 Egg, lightly beaten
1/2 tsp Thyme
1 Tbsp Parsley
1 c Onion, chopped
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 clove minced Garlic
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 c Butter
1 can tomato Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Blanche cabbage and remove whole leaves.
Combine beef, rice egg, thyme, garlic, salt & pepper mixing thoroughly. Divide mixture into 6-8 large leaves, wrap tightly and secure with toothpick.
Place in pot, dot with butter and pour tomato sauce over rolls. Bring to a boil on top of stove then put in a 350 º oven for 2 1/2 hrs
