2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 egg
1 cup apple butter
3/4 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg. In another bowl, whisk the egg, apple butter, yogurt, and oil, stir into dry ingredients just till moistened. Fold in raisins and walnuts.
Pour into a greased and floured 10" fluted tube pan.
Bake at 350º for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan and onto a wire cooling rack to completely cool.
Dust with confectioners sugar.
12-14 servings
