Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 lb. loaf of Pepperidge Farm thin bread, crusts removed and rolled flat
1 lb. cream cheese, softened
2 egg yolks
1/2 C. granulated sugar
1/2 lb. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cheese, egg yolk and sugar. Spread over slice of bread and roll up like jelly roll. Cut in half and dip each half in melted butter. Place on cookie sheet and freeze. After frozen, put in zip lock freezer bags. When you're ready to use them, place on cookie sheet and bake at 400 for 10 to 15 minutes.

These are so good you won't want to make them very often as you would gain a tremendous amount of weight.

Personal Notes:
I'm not sure you can still get the thin Pepperidge Farm Bread -- any white bread will do just fine. Where did she ever get this recipe? I've never seen it anywhere else. Truly a June Bug Classic!
