1 pkg.(8 oz) Cream Cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. Green Onions, chopped
1/2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
4 Slices Bacon, cooked, finely chopped
1 pkg. (8 oz) Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 C ground toasted Walnuts
Ritz or Triscuit Crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, green onion, Italian seasoning and garlic powder until well blended. Stir in bacon and mozzarella cheese.

Shape mixture into 54 balls 1 level teaspoon each. Roll in walnuts. Cover with plastic wrap.

Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serve with Ritz or Triscuit Crackers

Make-Ahead: Make these ahead, wrap well and freeze up to 2 weeks ahead.

Great Substitute:
For a different flavor, substitute shredded Cheddar Cheese and 2 Tbsp. each of chopped fresh parsley, fresh basil and chives for the seasonings.
